Assurance of salvation

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. - John 10:28,29

The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. - Romans 8:16,17

Hey now,hey now
Hey now,hey now
have you ever seen such a beautiful night
I could almost kiss the stars
Are shinning so bright
When i see you smiling
I go oh oh oh
I would never want to miss this coz in my heart
I know what this is

Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are
Made of
Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are made of
I've got somewhere i belong
I've got somebody to love
This is what dreams...
Are made of

Have you ever wondered what life is about
You ca search the world
And never figure it out
You dont have to sail the oceans,no no no
Happiness is no mistery
And here and nowits you and me and...

Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are made of
Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are made of
I've got somewhere i belong
I've got somebody to love
This is what dreams are made of

Open you're eyes
Shout to the sky
When i see you smiling i go
Oh oh oh
Yesterday our
Life was flummer
Now everythings technicolor

Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are made of
Hey now,hey now
This is what dreams are made of
I've got somewhere i belong
I've got somebody to love
This is what dreams are made of

Must receive Christ

Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God - John 1:12

That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. - Romans 8:9, 10

Salvation not by Works

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast. - Ephesians 2:8, 9

He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. - Titus 3:5

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far
and Grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me.
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.

When we've been here ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.

Christ paid the penalty

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:8

For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit - 1 Peter 3:18

Lord, I liftYour name on high
Lord, I love to sing Your praises
I'm so glad You're in my life
I'm so glad You came to save us.

Chorus:
You came from heaven to earth
To show the way
From the earth to the cross
My debt to pay
From the cross to the grave
From the grave to the sky
Lord, I lift Your name on high.

Sin's Penalty

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 6:23

Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment. - Hebrews 9:27

Look at me
You may think you see
Who I really am
But you’ll never know me
Every day, is as if I play apart
Now I see
If I wear a mask
I can fool the world
But I can not fool
My heart
Who is that girl I see
Staring straight back at me?
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside?
I am now
In a world where I have to
Hide my heart
And what I believe in
But somehow
I will show the world
What’s inside my heart
And be loved for who I am
Who is that girl I see
Staring straight back at me?
Why is my reflection
Someone I don’t know?
Must I pretend that i’m
Someone else for all time?
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside?
There’s a heart that must
Be free to fly
That burns with a need
To know the reason why
Why must we all conceal
What we think
How we feel
Must there be a secret me
I’m forced to hide?
I won’t pretend that i’m
Someone else
For all time
When will my reflections show
Who I am inside?
When will my reflections show
Who I am inside?

All have sinned

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God - Romans 3:23

But your iniquities have separated you from God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. - Isaiah 59:2
